  1. These terms apply to the game Magic Minute and its cloud save. In addition, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to the game as an App Store app. Where these terms and Apple's agreement differ, Apple's agreement prevails.
  2. An account is optional. The whole game is available without signing in. The account — Sign in with Apple — is only needed for the cloud save, so that your hero comes back after a reinstall or on another phone. By signing in you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
  3. The cloud save is free and provided “as is”. The main copy of your hero is on your phone, and the game works offline. We look after the copy on the server, but we do not promise the server will always be available, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for progress lost to network, device or server failures. If your phone and your account hold different heroes, the game asks which one to keep; the other is erased.
  4. You may not: modify the game, its save or its requests to the server; bypass its protection; send the server automated or bulk requests; or use someone else's account. We may close an account used this way, with notice where possible.
  5. Stars, sparks, items, hero levels and everything else in the game have no monetary value and cannot be sold or exchanged for money. This version has no purchases.
  6. You can delete your account at any time: Profile → “Delete account”. The server erases the account and the cloud save, and the hero on your phone is erased too; you can then start again without an account. What exactly is stored is described in the Privacy Policy.
  7. These terms may change. A new version appears on this page; if the changes are significant, the game asks you to accept them at your next sign-in. If you do not agree, you can delete your account and play without one.
